Melissa Cullen, Senior Associate, heads Lember And Williams' Family Law Team.Melissa commenced working in Family Law in 2002 on the Sunshine Coast and has since working in Brisbane City and the local area.
Melissa is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
She has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law including:
Children's matters, Property settlement and division, child support matters, recognised separation agreements, cohabitation agreements (pre-nuptial agreements), dispute resolution and domestic violence.
